Assistance for Students: Health, Finances, and Well-being

Hello everyone!

We understand how precarious student life can be, and we often face daunting administrative tasks, especially when trying to access aid. That’s why we want to remind you that assistance is available to help you navigate these processes, whether they concern your physical and mental health or financial matters.

Financial Aid at the University of Geneva

If you are having trouble obtaining documents, filling out forms, or if you have general questions, a physical assistance service for financial aid is available to support you. Starting from August 7th, you can visit the service every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the “Campus Life” point, located on the 1st floor of Uni Dufour. You can also contact the service by email at aides-financieres@unige.ch or by phone on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 022 379 77 79.
